Three stones lost in less than three months. With an extra half a pound for good measure. With three days to go, it was down to the wire!
A last day push of eating very little, after a week with a couple of days where too much 'comfort foods' in the evening was a response to the re-introduction of the new Lockdown measures and the shenanigans across the pond.
The result was being somewhat over my Cs target for the week, although produced the 3 pound loss I have been targeting from the start:
Whilst I am obviously pleased to have met the three stone loss milestone, it is only a milestone. The idea is to make this a change in lifestyle, with:
- A three pound per week loss target still relevant for a few more weeks yet. So it's a target of 48Cs a day now.
- Maintaining the increased level of exercise to keep me fit, as well as helping to control weight
So no resting on my laurels!
